With over 25 years of “in-the-trenches” sales experience, Gary is solely responsible for ad sales. He works and consults with both
advertisers and convention and visitor bureaus. Photography is more than just a hobby, as Gary is extremely proficient in taking photos
for our visitor guides—he knows how to make his pictures work—they're fun, colorful and pertinent!
As co-owner of Think Tourism USA, Pat coordinates all aspects of the visitor guides. She meets with the convention
and visitor bureaus to plan upcoming guides. Pat is in charge of choosing photos, helping to create ads and works with
our designer on layout and design concepts. She says she's the “professional nag” in the office, keeping everyone on track to meet deadlines.
The office is humming, as Penny, our office manager, is busy tracking & proofing ads, managing the company books,
sending email blasts and other important company correspondence. Penny is always available to answer any of your billing or
proofing questions. Customer service with a smile is her specialty.

We are happy to have Cathy join our team as our graphic designer. Her expertise with design and knowledge
of our clients and their needs is an added bonus. She brings energy and humor to our office and we are amazed to
watch her work. Cathy works with us to brainstorm creative concepts each year.
